Lyn has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Recently, they have worked as a Project Manager at Medrio since August 2021. Prior to that role, they served as a Mental Health First Aider at Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England from March 2019 to August 2021.

Lyn also has experience at Phlexglobal, where they worked in various positions. They were a Customer Success Manager from May 2020 to June 2021, a Project Management - Client Engagement Manager from April 2019 to May 2020, and a Project Management - Client Delivery Manager from November 2018 to April 2019.

In the earlier years of Lyn's career, they held positions at Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as a Clinical Operations Specialist from August 2018 to November 2018, and as a Clinical Trial Specialist from November 2016 to November 2018. Lyn then joined Mission College from 2003 to 2005, obtaining an Associate's Degree in Business & Pre Medicine. Finally, they attended Brunel University London from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in Human Health.
