Medrova is a healthcare staffing marketplace built for India, launching first in Hyderabad.
We connect verified doctors, nurses, and technicians with clinics and hospitals for temporary locum shifts and permanent job placements.
The problem we solve: clinics scramble to fill last minute shifts using WhatsApp forwards and phone calls. Professionals do the work and wait weeks to get paid. There's no trust, no speed, and no system.
Medrova fixes this structurally. Every professional is manually verified — MCI certificates, nursing council registrations, degrees, government ID. Clinics pay the full shift fee upfront via Razorpay escrow before a shift goes live. Professionals receive guaranteed payment to their UPI ID within 24 hours of completing every shift.
For professionals: completely free to join, apply, and get paid.
For clinics: free permanent job posting. Transparent 20% platform fee on locum shifts only.
We are not just a job board. We are trust infrastructure for healthcare staffing.
Founded in Hyderabad by final year engineering students who walked into 10+ hospitals to understand the problem before writing a single line of code.
