Mitchell Hobson is the Chief Operating Officer at Medsalv, where they lead efforts to transform healthcare sustainability in Aotearoa. With a background that began in commercial banking, Mitchell developed expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and relationship management, which they apply to scaling operations and building partnerships at Medsalv. Previously, Mitchell held various roles at the Bank of New Zealand, including Business Partner and Senior Associate, managing client portfolios and ensuring exceptional service. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics at the University of Otago, Mitchell is passionate about creating systems that benefit both businesses and society.
