Mandy Cole

Mandy Cole currently serves on the Board of Directors for Momentum.io and MedScout, and holds the position of Partner at Stage 2 Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage B2B software companies. With a strong background in operational strategy for revenue growth, Mandy also contributes as a board member for Opus Training and Meaningful Gigs, and co-authors and instructs The Definitive Guide to Revenue Leadership at Sales Impact Academy. Previously, Mandy founded RiSE Accelerator, which supported growth-stage companies in scaling operations. Additional advisory roles have included positions at PeopleJoy and Galore Inc., the latter of which was acquired by Care.com. Mandy holds a BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained in 1995.
