Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips has an extensive work experience in various industries. Brian is currently the Founder & Executive Chairman of MedShift, a fast-growing MedTech business in the US. At MedShift, they oversee leadership development, board of directors management, and general operations.

Prior to MedShift, Brian served as the Founder & CEO, driving the proliferation of subscription services and connected medical devices. Brian implemented eCommerce, subscription, and payment facilitation platforms that combined with MedShift's Operative Analytics Platform to provide a holistic view of treatment success and improved patient outcomes.

Before MedShift, Brian worked at Avanade as the Senior Director of Sales, where they were responsible for a $210M annual divisional sales target. Brian also played a key role in the creation and introduction of Avanade's Managed Virtual Private Cloud compute offering, positioning the company as a premiere Private Cloud provider in the collaboration market.

Brian's career also includes roles at Azaleos (acquired by Avanade) and M3 Technology Group (acquired by Azaleos), where they held leadership positions and facilitated successful mergers and acquisitions. At Microsoft Corporation, Brian started their career as an Engineer on the Network/Security Team, providing enterprise support services and presenting on current and future technologies.

Additionally, Brian founded their own technology consulting firm, Phillips Enterprises, which focused on designing and deploying Microsoft infrastructure, collaboration, and security solutions for Fortune 100 firms before being acquired by M3 Technology Group.

Brian Phillips attended Washington State University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Information Systems.
