Francesca Coven has extensive work experience in various industries. Francesca began their career as a Medical Assistant at Unity Health Network in 2007 and later worked as a Medical Assistant at On Assignment and Novant Health. In 2013, they joined C.E.O. Inc as a Medical Assistant before transitioning to the role of Patient Care Coordinator at DERMATOLOGY SPECIALISTS OF CHARLOTTE, P.A. where they managed various administrative tasks. Francesca then worked as a Sales Representative at Thirsty Nomad Brewing, where they built and maintained account relationships. Francesca also worked as a Brand Ambassador at Bold Rock Hard Cider and Adams Beverages of NC, LLC, where they maintained positive relationships with management and conducted product samplings. Francesca is currently working at MedShift as an Account Development Manager and previously held the role of Senior Account Development Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for building and maintaining account relationships and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue and patient retention.

Francesca Coven began their education in 2001 and graduated from Southern Local Jr/Sr High School with a High School Diploma in 2005. Francesca then attended The University of Akron from 2005 to 2006, where they did not obtain a degree but focused on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In 2006, they pursued an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant at the National Institute of Technology, completing it in 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Francesca obtained the certification of Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone® Certification Program in March 2017. Francesca also achieved Basic Competency in Clinical Lipidology from the National Lipid Association in 2011. Furthermore, they obtained a CPR certification from Novant Health in October 2012.
