Gene Sim

Gene Sim has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Assistant Buyer for May/Federated Department Stores Inc., where they assisted the buyer in various aspects of a $20 million buying area. In 2004, Gene joined Potbelly Sandwich Works as a District Manager, eventually becoming a District Manager, Regional Training Manager, and General Manager responsible for multiple locations and $10 million in sales revenue. In 2014, they became a Regional Manager for Security Public Storage, overseeing multiple self-storage facilities and providing leadership and coaching to site managers. Currently, Gene is working at MedSpeed, where they have held various roles including Market Leader, General Manager of Operations, and their current position as Director of Customer Success. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing operational and financial performance, and leading teams in healthcare logistics networks.

Gene Sim attended the University of Maryland from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing and Logistics and Transportation.
