Rick Tompkins

Rick Tompkins is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at MedSpeed since June 2019, Rick previously held the position of Operations Supervisor within the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where Rick was Branch Rental Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee from February 2015 to April 2019. At Enterprise, Rick was recognized for outstanding customer service and sales performance while training and developing new hires. Earlier, Rick was a Sales Associate at Red Wing Shoe Co., providing exceptional customer service from June 2009 to February 2015. Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business/Commerce from Northern Illinois University and a High School Diploma from Downers Grove North High School.
