Sarah Bearden

Sarah Bearden is the Director of Production at MedStudy. Sarah previously worked as a Chemistry and AP Chemistry teacher at The Vanguard School/Cheyenne Mountain Charter Academy from July 2014 to June 2015. Prior to that, they were a Technical Writer at Chimborazo Publishing from December 2013 to September 2014. Sarah also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Harrison School District 2 from November 2013 to June 2014.

Sarah began their career as a Senior Mineralogist at Newmont Mining Corporation in May 2011 and worked there until August 2013. Before that, they were the Laboratory Manager at the Advanced Mineralogy Research Center at the Colorado School of Mines from April 2008 to May 2011.

Sarah Bearden has a PhD in Geology/Geochemistry from the University of Edinburgh, a Diplom in Geologie/Palaeontologie from the University of Bonn, and they are certified by Educational Testing Service (ETS) in PRAXIS - science.

Sarah Bearden reports to Tony Hannaman, President & CEO. They work with Linda Wagner - Vice President, Sherry Kyle - Special Projects Division Director, and Marisa Giggey - Sales & Support Director. Some individuals on their team include Melanie Herd - Production Manager & Product Owner, Thomas Boccafogli - Video Production Manager, and Mark Fender - Publishing Production Artist.
