Braden Moore

Braden Moore is a seasoned professional who currently serves as the Founder and Leadership Coach at Think.Grow.Lead Consulting, where they help engineering managers build high-performing teams. They have extensive experience in leadership roles, including Director of Engineering at Culture Amp, where Braden led multiple teams and significantly increased customer engagement. Previously, Braden served as Head of Software Product at Seer Medical, managing cross-functional teams and implementing a data-driven approach to product development. They also founded Bookly, a successful book subscription service in Australia, leveraging machine learning and modern technologies. Braden is pursuing an MBA at Melbourne Business School while also working towards degrees in Physics and Mathematics, along with a Master's in Experimental Particle Physics at the University of Melbourne.
