Rayner Ng is an experienced professional with a robust background in innovation management, engineering, and technology. Currently serving as a Mentor at MedTech Actuator and a member of the Innovation Management Standards working group at Enterprise Singapore, Rayner Ng has extensive experience in guiding startups and contributing to innovation standards. As a Director at A*STAR's Innovation Factory, Rayner Ng focuses on transforming ideas into market-ready products through design thinking and innovation processes. Additional roles include mentoring for the ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneurs Network and previous leadership positions in R&D and engineering across various companies, including Venture Corporation Limited and Sirona Dental Systems.
