Tim Florea

Tim Florea is the Founder and CEO of RSF Consulting, where they lead a team specializing in R&D tax incentives. With over 20 years of experience in the field, they previously held a position as Senior Manager for R&D Incentives at KPMG Australia and served on the Industry Advisory Team at York Butter Factory. Tim also works as an R&D Tax Incentive Advisor at MedTech Actuator, coaching founders on the program. They hold a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Flinders University.
