Christopher McDaniel

Christopher McDaniel currently serves as the Site Leader at the Medtronic Energy & Component Center since November 2021, where Christopher has progressed through senior roles including Senior Director of Manufacturing and Director of Manufacturing Operations. Prior to Medtronic, Christopher held various management positions at Stryker, including Senior Operations Business Unit Manager and On-site Integration Lead for Wright Medical US. Christopher's earlier career spans over two decades in the United States Army, culminating in roles such as Director of Operations and First Sergeant, where responsibilities included managing large teams, overseeing training courses, and implementing cost-saving measures. Christopher holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawai‘i and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from Wayland Baptist University.
