Ioan Gitsov

Ioan Gitsov, MS, is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and food science research. Gitsov served as a Research Analyst at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, focusing on NIR spectra analysis and quality assurance in pharmaceutical formulations. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University, Gitsov studied wine remediation techniques following wildfire smoke exposure, utilizing advanced analytical methods such as GC-MS and UHPLC-QTOF-MS. Further experience includes roles as an Associate Scientist at WuXi AppTec, conducting compliance testing for medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and as a Senior Scientist at Medtronic, specializing in mass transport analysis and polymer material characterization.
