Lu Wang

Lu Wang is a passionate healthcare innovation strategist with expertise in business strategy, marketing, and program management. Since 2023, Lu has served as the Head of Strategy and Market Development for Image Guided Therapy at GE HealthCare and is currently the R&D Program Director and Core Team Leader at Medtronic. Lu's previous experience includes significant roles at Medtronic, where they drove business strategy and product development initiatives, and obtained a Ph.D. candidate designation in Human Factors from the University of Virginia. Lu also holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from Zhejiang University and has engaged in extensive research and teaching at the University of Toronto.
