Mark Halliday

Mark Halliday is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and public-private partnerships. They served as the Head of Public Private Partnerships at Philips Healthcare Solutions from 2011 to 2015, where they led the global engagement in the healthcare PPP market. Prior to that, Mark was a Corporate Finance Adviser at the UK National Audit Office, achieving significant savings for public sector initiatives. Currently, Mark holds the position of Global PPP Director at Medtronic and is pursuing further education in Public Private Partnerships and Project Finance at Harvard Kennedy School.
