Mark Salzman

Mark Salzman is the Vice President of Manufacturing Technology at Medtronic, where they lead the strategy for network manufacturing technologies and oversee the development of automation roadmaps. Previously, they held various engineering and managerial roles at Medtronic, including Senior Engineering Director and Engineering Manager, contributing significantly to process improvements and cost reductions. Earlier in their career, Mark served as Operations Manager at Progress Casting Group from 1999 to 2006. They earned an MBA in Operations and Finance from the University of Saint Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
