Currently serving as the Director of Operations Sourcing for Contract Manufacturing and OEM at Medtronic since August 2003, Steve has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager of Contract Manufacturing and Principal Sourcing Specialist. Prior to joining Medtronic, Steve held the position of Purchasing Manager at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies from January 1994 to August 2003.
