Navin Shetti

Navin Shetti is an accomplished leader in operations, new product introduction (NPI), and engineering with over twenty-five years of extensive experience. They have successfully launched over 100 new products globally, contributing significantly to revenue growth, including a notable launch for the 777X. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations and Manufacturing at Medtronic, Navin has transformed the site into a top performer by implementing lean and Six Sigma principles, increasing productivity by 40%. Their previous roles include director positions at Honeywell, where they led large teams and drove initiatives that significantly improved product development cycle times and costs. Navin holds a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University.
