Sameer Pai

Sameer Pai is currently a Principal R&D Engineer at Medtronic, bringing extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of medical devices, polymers, and composite materials. Previously, Sameer held various engineering roles at companies such as Smiths Medical, St. Jude Medical, and Cantel Medical, focusing on quality engineering, manufacturing, and research and development. Their expertise includes process validation, project management, and catheter design and manufacturing, with a strong background in ISO regulated environments. Sameer also gained early experience as a Process Engineering Intern and Quality Engineering Intern at Boston Scientific.
