Sean Stapleton is an experienced global general counsel with a strong background in the healthcare and medical device sectors. They served as Division Counsel for Alere Inc. from 2009 to 2012, after which they held various pivotal positions at Danaher Corporation, including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Leica Biosystems. Sean has negotiated numerous M&A deals and oversaw compliance and legal functions across multinational operations. Currently, they serve as Vice President and Chief Counsel at Medtronic while pursuing an MBA in Finance and a JD from Emory University, alongside a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
