Steffi Scheer

Steffi Scheer is the Director of the Program Management Office at Medtronic, where they lead a team to drive operational efficiencies and implement business process solutions. Previously, Steffi served as a Senior Business Process Program Manager at Medtronic and held various project management roles at LUZ, Inc., where they specialized in translation projects for the medical device industry. Steffi holds a Master’s degree in Translation Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, along with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from McGill University.
