Thomas Olson

Thomas Olson has over two decades of experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as Program Director at Medtronic since September 2001, where responsibilities include leading projects in the AF Solutions business. Previous roles at Medtronic include Sr. Program Manager in the Cryo Ablation AF business, Sr. Engineering Manager overseeing a Test Group within CRDM, Program Manager contributing to an ICD development core team, and Engineering Manager managing a Mechanical Test Lab. Earlier in his career, Thomas Olson specialized in mechanical design and manufacturing engineering for ICD components. Thomas Olson began his professional journey as an Engineering Intern at Minntech from 1995 to 1996 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, earned in 1996.
