Tracy Labowsky

Tracy Labowsky, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Medtronic, where they lead HR functions for the Surgical Innovations Group and oversee operations for 7,000 employees globally. With extensive experience in HR generalist areas, Tracy has previously held key roles at Energizer Personal Care, including Director of Human Resources, and at The William Carter Company, where they managed HR operations for a significant number of retail outlets. Tracy earned an MBA from Western Connecticut State University and holds a B.S. and B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
