Meduit
Allison Olson has extensive work experience in training, development, quality assurance, and instructional design. Allison started their career at AIB College of Business in 2006 as an Associate Professor, where they worked until 2016. In 2018, they joined Meduit | Driving Revenue Cycle Performance as an Instructional Designer, and later became the Director of Training. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Director of Quality Assurance, and currently holds the position of Director of Training, Development, and Quality.
Allison Olson completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Northern Iowa from 2000 to 2004. Allison then pursued their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies at Iowa State University from 2004 to 2006. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the same field of study from Iowa State University from 2012 to 2016.
