Cecile Couch brings extensive experience in human resources with a focus on compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Total Rewards Manager at Meduit since June 2019, Cecile has previously held significant roles such as Benefits Manager and Compensation & Benefits Supervisor at Coats, and Compensation Administration Manager at SGL Carbon.
