Michael started their career at TeleHealth Services as a Regional Vice President before moving on to Transolutions, Inc. where they served as President & CEO. At Transolutions, they successfully led a turnaround of the business and developed strategic partnerships to drive organic growth. Michael then joined Accentus Inc. as President, overseeing all North American operations and managing a staff of over 1500. Accentus was acquired by Nuance Communications, where they continued as General Manager & Vice President, achieving impressive revenue growth while reducing costs. Michael later joined nThrive as Vice President and contributed to the company's transformation into a single enterprise. Michael Carnrite earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1992. Michael then went on to obtain an MBA in Business from St. Bonaventure University, completing their studies between 1994 and 1996.
