Randy Tempest has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Randy started their career as a College Agent at Northwestern Mutual in 1993 and worked there till 1994. In 1995, Randy joined Ontario Systems, LLC as an Enterprise Sales Manager, where they worked for 16 years. At Ontario Systems, they presented receivable management solutions to healthcare institutions across the country. In 2011, Randy joined Receivables Management Partners and held various roles, including Director of Business Development, Senior Director of Sales and Client Relations, and Chief Sales Officer. During this time, they specialized in providing accounts receivable management and revenue cycle management services to the healthcare industry. Randy's most recent positions include Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at Meduit | Driving Revenue Cycle Performance, where they started in 2018, and later became the Senior Vice President of Sales and Relationship Management.
Randy Tempest completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Ball State University - Miller College of Business from 1989 to 1993. Randy later pursued a Masters in Business Administration at Ball State University from 1993 to 1994.
