Scott Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Manager of Customer Service at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where they managed two call centers and supervised a staff of team leads, supervisors, and agents. In 2011, they transitioned to Aon, first as a Sales Manager for the Aon Retiree Health Exchange, where they focused on client relationships and led a team of Benefits Advisors. Scott then served as a Service Operations Manager, overseeing national member services and new member services outsourced partner teams. In 2018, they took on the role of Partner Management, leading outsourced partners supporting three distinct lines of business. In 2020, they joined AbbVie as a Program Manager, responsible for performance management and relationship with outsourced vendor partners. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Business Process Outsourcing Manager at LTD Commodities. Currently, they hold the position of Internal Customer Engagement Relationship Manager at TVG-Medulla, LLC.
