Michael Summers

Michael Summers, MBA, is an experienced executive in client management within the healthcare revenue cycle sector. Currently serving as the EVP of Markets at Medusind since June 2025, Michael leads the client management organization for the Miami-based RCM company. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of VP of Client Management - Revenue Cycle at Optum, overseeing teams across various subspecialties, and served as Vice President of Client Management for Pathology & Laboratory divisions at Change Healthcare. Michael's career began at McKesson, where consecutive roles progressed from Client Relationship Manager to Executive Director, managing extensive client portfolios and operations throughout the Midwest. Michael holds an MBA from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
