Victor Morrison

Victor Morrison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Business Development at MedVector and as Co-Founder at both Omniscia Health and Arkos Bioscience, Victor focuses on advancing clinical trial diversification and commercializing innovative drug delivery systems. Notable previous roles include Vice President of Industry Relations at the National Minority Health Association, where efforts were concentrated on improving health equity, and VP US Strategy and Business Development at Observia, where a predictive diagnostic tool was developed for patient adherence. Victor has held leadership positions at Uncle Doug's Rural Economic Development Project, Next IT Healthcare, TEVA North American Brands, and Aventis, demonstrating a commitment to community development and public health initiatives across various platforms.
