Tom Bejm

Tom Bejm is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, MedTech innovation, and technology services. As a Co-Founder of medvocation, Tom has developed a global recruitment marketplace for healthcare professionals. Additionally, Tom serves as a Partner at MedVenture Fund, focusing on commercializing MedTech innovations, and at Hedgehog Fund, which invests in early-stage technology-based businesses in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Tom is also the Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Lab, driving data-driven digital transformation. Previous roles include advisory positions in defense and energy industries, Chief Operating Officer at ITMAGINATION, and Partner at PwC and EY. Tom's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia University and London Business School, as well as an MSc in Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology.
