Larry Shears

Larry Shears has extensive work experience in the facilities management and mechanical contracting industries. From 2016 to present, they have been employed at Medxcel Facilities Management, initially starting as a Property Supervisor before progressing to Operations Supervisor, HVAC Manager, Facilities Manager, and ultimately Director of Facilities Operations. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2016, Larry was the Owner of a mechanical contractor company. Additionally, from 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Refrigeration and Appliance Technician at St. John Providence.

Larry Shears attended Davenport University in 2015, where they obtained a certification in Project Management.
