Howard Michalski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Howard currently serves as the President and Co-Founder of medZERO, Inc., a company that offers employees the ability to pay healthcare bills with zero interest and fees. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sortis Holdings, Inc., including Board Member, Executive in Residence, and Chief Operating Officer. Howard also served on the Advisory Board of Maxwell, a company that empowers mortgage professionals with digital collaboration solutions. Additionally, they were a member of the Advisory Board at Accept.inc, a mortgage company that was acquired by HomeLight. Before these roles, Michalski worked at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, LLC, where they were the Executive Managing Director and Head of Revenue, and later the Chief Operating Officer of W.J. Bradley Merchant Partners LLC. Howard was responsible for revenue growth, M&A activities, and operational leadership. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Rhythms NetConnections, GE Capital, CompuServe, Sybase, and Fannie Mae, where they contributed to database architecture and implemented technological solutions in the financial industry.
Howard Michalski has a diverse education history, with a focus on intelligence, language, business strategy, and management development. Howard attended the U.S. Army Intelligence School, where they studied Cryptologic Signals Intelligence. Additionally, they participated in the Advanced Foreign Language Program at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Howard also completed the Business Strategy Program at Cornell University and the Management Development program at the GE Crotonville Leadership Center. Howard furthered their language studies at Brigham Young University. In addition to their formal education, Howard holds certifications such as Lifetime Member of the Association of the United States Army and Six Sigma Black Belt from GE Capital.
