Joe Newbold

Joe Newbold has a long and varied work experience in the finance sector. In 2019, they began working as a Portfolio Finance Director for EmergeOne. In 2020, they co-founded Control Room Finance, a company that focuses on skills paramount to SME success. In 2021, they were the Head of Finance for MEEOW Online Networking and the Finance Director for Quoc Pham Shoes Ltd, Illuma Technology Limited, and Ashbury - The Product Information People. In 2022, they were the Finance Director for LYLIE, The Lowdown, and Oliva, and the Interim Finance Director for LAB Group.

Joe Newbold obtained their 10 GCSEs, including Maths, Chemistry, Physics and English, from the Royal Hospital School between 1995 and 2001. Joe then attended Portsmouth Grammar School from 2002 to 2003, where they achieved an A level in Mathematics, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Joe Newbold went on to pursue an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 2015 and 2017. Joe also attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad to study International Business in India. Joe Newbold has also obtained certifications from the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, The Knowledge Academy, and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
