Arvind V

Arvind V is a seasoned team leader with extensive experience in managing chat, L2, outbound, and inbound teams, currently serving as a Team Lead at Meesho since July 2021 and previously holding the same position at Udaan.com from March 2018 to July 2021. Arvind has contributed to projects aimed at increasing order percentages and enhancing customer retention, along with overseeing people management through objective setting and performance coaching. Prior experience includes an internship at Biocon in the engineering and maintenance department, where inspections of high-value and critical equipment in the QC lab were conducted. Arvind holds a Master of Science in Electronics from The Oxford College of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Electronics from Christ University, with a foundational education from National College and Anand Shiksha Kendra.
