Ratul Saha

Ratul Saha is a consultant at Miebach Consulting Group since June 2023 and previously served as an Assistant Manager at Indian Oil Corporation Limited from September 2015 to April 2022, where expertise in customer relations and vendor management was demonstrated. Ratul developed an SAP-PM based sourcing analytics tool, increasing supplier participation and enhancing project cost estimation accuracy. Notably, cost-saving initiatives led to significant financial savings in public tender processes and curbed fraudulent activities in government operations, generating savings of ₹16Cr annually. Ratul also realized substantial revenue growth in the telecom sector during a tenure as a Telecom & Instrumentation Engineer. Educational qualifications include a PGP from Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jadavpur University.
