Richa Sunder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Leadership Development Capability Building and Diversity & Inclusion at Meesho since February 2022, Richa previously held various roles at Mahindra Group, including Chief of Staff to the President of Group HR & Communications and Manager of HR Digitization COE from April 2018 to May 2022. Earlier experiences include being a Human Resources Business Partner and interning at Mahindra Rise. Richa began the career as a Software Developer at Applied Materials from July 2014 to June 2016. Richa holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and dual Bachelor of Technology degrees in Computer Science from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and NIT Bhopal.
