Managing all the calendars in your life is invisible labour.
Constant context-switching. Follow-ups. Reschedules.
It’s exhausting.

And yet, making time to meet people and do the things you care about is what it's all about.

That’s why we built Meet-Ting.

Ting gives your schedule a brain, so it can make decisions for you.

It’s an AI availability agent that manages your calendar over email and text. You set your goals and preferences, and Ting learns your patterns every time you CC or message it, building AI intuition over time.that manages meetings over email and text. You set your goals and preferences, and Ting learns how you actually work, building intuition every time you CC or message it.

Delegate Ting to handle the back-and-forth:
→ booking meetings
→ rescheduling when plans change
→ sending pre-call briefs
→ nudging no-shows back on track

Each week, Ting checks in to help align your calendar with what you want to achieve, not just what’s available.

Ting works where meetings already happen: Gmail and Outlook today, with Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, and soon, ChatGPT.

Meet-Ting was founded by Dan Bulteel - former Global Head of Social Media at TikTok/ByteDance and previously Head of Social + Creators at adidas - and Mariana Prazeres, Co-Founder & CTO, an AI engineer and former researcher with deep expertise in LLMs, deep learning, and applied mathematics since 2017.

Our mission: organise and exchange the world’s time so we all spend it better.
Go big or go home, right?

We genuinely care about the experience: if you have feedback, ideas, or just want to chat, reach us at support@this-ting.com
