Rait Ojasaar

Rait Ojasaar is an investment partner at Change Ventures, where they focus on backing ambitious Baltic founders and helping technology startups achieve product-market fit and growth. With extensive experience as a managing partner at Solon Partners, Rait provides strategic consulting to early-stage companies looking to expand internationally. Rait co-founded Optimal Projekt and served as the CEO of "ESCAPE," one of the largest computer entertainment centers in the Baltic States. They have held numerous board and advisory roles across various technology-driven organizations, leveraging their expertise in venture capital and software entrepreneurship. Rait holds a BBA in International Business Administration from the Estonian Business School.
