Meetgate is an AI-powered recruitment and talent evaluation platform founded in 2022 in Bilişim Vadisi, Istanbul. It helps companies find the most suitable candidates in the shortest time by automating interview and assessment processes with generative AI technologies.

The platform enables candidates to participate in one-on-one interviews with virtual AI characters. Their responses are evaluated instantly through a two-layered scoring system: question-answer performance and a competency analysis based on 20 core skills such as decision-making, leadership, teamwork, and learning agility.

With this structure, Meetgate shortens recruitment time by up to 50%, reduces manual workload for HR teams, and enables data-driven hiring decisions. It allows companies to focus on high-potential, well-matched candidates while optimizing operational efficiency.

With multilingual support and integration flexibility, Meetgate is used by leading organizations in various industries to digitize and scale their hiring processes.

Meetgate is not just an interview tool — it is an intelligent, end-to-end assessment platform for modern recruitment.
