The events industry is fast and full of driven people. But behind the energy and output, there’s pressure, long hours, responsibility and expectation, often carried quietly.

MEN, Meeting & Event Network, was created to offer something simple but missing. A confidential, professionally supported space for men and those who identify as men working across events, experiential and MICE to talk openly or just listen, without judgement or expectation.

Founded by industry professionals and supported by trained therapists and mental health practitioners, MEN combines real industry understanding with the structure to hold conversations safely and properly.

We meet quarterly, in small groups, with no pressure to speak. You don’t need the right words. You don’t even need to talk. Listening is just as valid.

This isn’t therapy. It sits alongside it, offering connection, perspective and the reassurance that you’re not the only one carrying it.

Because pressure doesn’t care about job titles. And neither do we.
