Stephanie Rowe

Stephanie Rowe is a senior executive and MIT Sloan MBA with extensive leadership experience spanning startups, large enterprises, and government. They have managed budgets of $170M, led teams of 700+, and driven high-profile programs, including turning around troubled operations and building customer experiences that delight. They founded NEXT LLC (2009–2021) and Joulez Inc. (2014–2021), and currently serve as Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting and as National Lead of the Deloitte Venture Studio (Catalyst). They are the founder of Meetup (Design Thinking DC) and have held leadership roles at MassChallenge and Accenture; they hold an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BSBA from Bowling Green State University, along with executive education credentials from Stanford d.school, UVA Darden, Stanford GSB, and Harvard Business School.
