Jonathan Hughes has over two decades of experience in customer service and data entry roles. Currently serving as the Customer Service Team Leader at MEFA since August 2001, Jonathan has developed strong leadership skills in a customer-focused environment. Previously, from March 1998 to June 2000, Jonathan worked in data entry at Partners HealthCare. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Emerson College, completing the degree in 2000.
