Joyce Croes is currently working at Mega as a Team Coach 2nd Line, Recruiter, Quality Officer, and Customer Advisor. Prior to Mega, Joyce worked at IPG as a Customer Care Agent for the Mobile Vikings project. Joyce also has experience as a customer service advisor for the Telent project. With a Bachelor's degree in Leerkracht Lager Onderwijs from UC Leuven-Limburg, Joyce also has experience as a teacher in various elementary schools.
