Cathy Chen serves as the EVP/Chief Credit Officer at Mega Bank, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the SVP/Deputy Chief Credit Officer at Mega Bank from 2020 to 2022, and the FVP/Senior Credit Officer at EverTrust Bank from 2017 to 2020. Cathy has a background in credit administration and management, having worked in multiple roles including VP/Credit Administrator at EverTrust Bank and Senior Account Manager at Grand Pacific Financing Corp. They are currently pursuing advanced degrees, holding a Master of Arts from West Virginia University and a Master of Science from The University of Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from National Central University.
