Lavinia Cristea

Lavinia Cristea has extensive experience in training and human resources within Mega Image since 2011. Currently serving as a Training Coordinator, Lavinia oversees training activities related to the franchise division, collaborating with Operational Management to identify training needs, develop and implement training strategies, and deliver training sessions in various formats. Previously, as an Internal Trainer, Lavinia focused on aligning training content with operational requirements. Earlier roles included serving as an HR Store Partner and a Department Head, where responsibilities included employee integration, conflict management, and team motivation. Lavinia holds a background in psychology from Universitatea „Hyperion” din București, alongside earlier education at Liceul Teoretic "Marin Preda."
