Philippe Nataf is the President of Ntrust Corporate Finance, where they focus on corporate carve-outs and mid-market M&A. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, Philippe has held roles such as Managing Director at Duff & Phelps and Regent Associates, as well as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. They serve on the Supervisory Board of MEGA International and teach Entrepreneurial Finance and Private Equity at ESSEC Business School. Philippe earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and has a strong background in business planning, entrepreneurship, and international finance.
