Kiersten Smith

Kiersten Smith has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kiersten started their career in 2014 as a Strategy Assistant and Content Marketing Associate at 22squared, where they managed travel and calendars for EVPs and SVPs, as well as supported the development of thought leadership initiatives. In 2018, they were a Committee Member at Advertising For Change. In 2019, they became Lead, Campaign and Creative Manager at Amazon, where they developed and implemented full-funnel creative strategies for advertisers. In 2021, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Lead Creative Strategist - Design Studios, where they worked to grow the Design Studios brand and business across the midwest region. Finally, in 2022, they joined Toptal as a Marketing, Senior Creative Strategist. In 2023, they were appointed Associate Director of Marketing at Megababe.

Kiersten Smith attended Georgia State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology with Honors & Advanced Honors.
