Ilya Solntsev

Ilya Solntsev is currently the Treasurer at MegaFon, where they have led treasury operations since 2007, managing sizable revenue exceeding 300 billion rubles across more than 30 legal entities. Ilya possesses over 20 years of expertise in cash management, credit risk management, and has successfully built a remote team from the ground up. Previously, they served as the head of treasury operations and financial risk management at Vimpelcom from 1997 to 2007. Ilya holds an MBA in Commerce from the Higher Commercial School of the Ministry of Trade of the Russian Federation and a degree in Electronics from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. They have been recognized with the "Treasurer of the Year 2017" award and are an active member of the Corporate Treasurers Association.
